Senior Hair Stylist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in haircuts, coloring, and styling, along with the ability to provide excellent client service. This role also involves guiding junior staff and ensuring high standards in the salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of hair services such as cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Offer professional consultations and suggest suitable looks for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, products, and techniques.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Support and train junior stylists and assistants to improve their skills.
• Keep the salon clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Recommend appropriate aftercare and products without being pushy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of salon experience as a stylist.
• Strong knowledge of advanced cutting and coloring techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time well and work in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude, leadership qualities, and team spirit.
• Professional hairdressing certification is preferred.
