About Gliss Salon:

Gliss is a premium, luxury salon known for its high standards in beauty and wellness. We offer a wide range of professional services in an elegant, customer-focused environment. We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at our flagship location in Noida, Sector 18.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Supervise and support the salon team including stylists, beauticians, and front desk staff
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service at all times
• Handle client queries, appointments, and feedback professionally
• Train and motivate staff to maintain a luxury experience for all guests
• Manage inventory, salon supplies, and coordinate with vendors
• Track sales, generate reports, and help in meeting business goals
• Maintain a welcoming and premium ambiance in line with the Gliss brand
• Resolve conflicts or complaints calmly and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing a salon or spa (luxury salon experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written)
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Presentable, confident, and service-oriented
• Knowledge of salon software and basic reporting tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person
