Full job description We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Fluency in English and Tamil is required, and knowledge of Hindi will be a plus. Candidates must have 4–5 years of experience as a Salon Manager. As a Salon Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, driving operational excellence, and fostering a positive work culture. We're seeking a candidate who embodies leadership, creativity, and exceptional customer service skills. Residents living near our salon will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: 1.Overseeing day-to-day salon operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control. 2.Ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction at all times. 3.Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business targets. 4.Leading and motivating a team of talented hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff. 5.Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting salon environment.
