We are seeking someone with strong expertise in the beauty and nail salon industry, who understands luxury service standards and has a genuine interest in nail care, nail art, and salon operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflowManage, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional serviceHandle client interactions, feedback, and customer satisfactionDrive sales, memberships, and service targetsEnsure SOPs, hygiene standards, and grooming protocols are followedManage appointments, inventory, and daily reportsMaintain the premium brand image of Nail Rituals at all timesEligibility & SkillsExperience in the beauty / salon / nail industry is requiredPrior managerial or supervisory experience is a strong plusStrong communication and leadership skillsCustomer-centric mindset with attention to detailInterest in the nail and beauty industry is essential✨ Experience in the nail industry will be considered a major perk.
