We’re Hiring – Senior Salon Manager TONI&GUY Thiruvalla

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Salon Manager to lead our salon operations in Thiruvalla. The ideal candidate should be strong in team leadership, customer handling, and sales performance, with a passion for delivering excellent salon experiences.

Location: Thiruvalla
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complete day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead and support the salon team to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and handle client escalations professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming standards, attendance, and productivity.
• Manage appointments, staff scheduling, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure salon hygiene, ambience, and operational standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with management for reports, targets, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the salon or beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good communication skills (Hindi preferred; English/Malayalam an advantage).
• Proven experience in customer handling, sales & conversion.
• Professional, confident, and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a busy salon environment.
