Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and people-oriented Salon Floor Manager to lead daily operations on the salon floor. This individual will act as the bridge between clients, staff, and management—ensuring smooth operations, outstanding customer service, and high team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Floor Supervision:

• Ensure a seamless and premium client experience from entry to exit.
• Greet clients, manage waiting times, and oversee appointments.
• Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that the floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Team Management:

• Supervise daily operations of stylists, assistants, and receptionists.
• Coordinate and assign tasks to staff during peak hours.
• Monitor punctuality, performance, and appearance of the team.
• Support in conflict resolution, motivation, and team morale.

Operational Oversight:

• Maintain appointment flow and ensure all services are running on time.
• Manage inventory for in-salon products and tools on the floor.
• Coordinate with backend/admin team for any support needed.

Sales & Upselling:

• Encourage and support upselling of services and products by the team.
• Assist in meeting salon targets and maintaining customer retention.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Report daily floor performance, staff productivity, and client feedback to management.
• Maintain service records and logs for team performance evaluations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of salon experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, confident, and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Basic knowledge of hair/beauty services is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
