Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Samana, Punjab. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and promoting products such as the Vishal agricultural machinery line. The Salesperson will also assist in providing after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and sharing feedback with the team to improve services and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in sales and business development, with an understanding of sales techniques and client acquisition
• Knowledge or experience in the agricultural machinery sector or related industries
• Proficiency in negotiation, problem-solving, and overcoming objections to meet sales goals
• Self-motivation, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently
• Flexibility to travel within the region to meet clients and attend agricultural expos or events
• Proficiency in local languages and/or Hindi, along with basic computer and digital tools knowledge
• Relevant experience in sales is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is a plus
