Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Kolkata. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term customer relationships. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and providing product knowledge and support to clients. The role may also involve occasional travel to meet customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients
• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and lead generation
• Analytical and organizational skills to assess client needs and manage sales workflows
• Knowledge of the industry or products being sold is a plus
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
