The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging potential clients, guiding customers through the sales process, understanding their needs, and matching them to suitable products. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to team goals. The role requires regular interaction with clients, both in-store and possibly through external visits, to create a seamless and personalized sales experience. Qualifications Sales and Customer Service skills, including customer engagement, negotiation, and relationship management Communication and Presentation skills, including the ability to explain product features and benefits Organizational and Time-Management skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and handling multiple clients effectively Basic technical knowledge of automotive products or a willingness to learn about them Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems, is a plus Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a proven ability to work independently while collaborating with a team A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory Experience in sales or the automotive industry is advantageous
