Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, based at Surat for hardcore project sales. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with Channel partners, Builders & Architects understanding their needs, and providing solutions through our range of products. Day-to-day tasks include managing and developing relationships, conducting sales presentations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining market knowledge and contributing to the company's growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Customer relationship management and client handling skills
• Knowledge of the Tiles / Ceramic industry is an additional asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Fluent in local language and English
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
