Key Responsibilities: - Actively pursue sales opportunities, present products, negotiate terms, and close sales. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including architects, designers, and distributors. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within your assigned territory. - Gain and maintain thorough knowledge of TAB Surfaces" product offerings. - Travel extensively within your assigned territory in India to meet clients and expand market presence. - Track sales activities, provide regular progress reports, and contribute to sales data analysis. - Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Qualifications: - Proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or building materials. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Familiarity with CRM software is desirable. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in India. - Knowledge of the natural stone or engineered quartz industry is a plus.
