Salesperson

The Salesperson role at Simpolo Tiles and Bathware is a full-time on-site position based in Hisar. As a Salesperson, you will engage with customers to identify their requirements, showcase product features, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales transactions, managing product displays, and participating in promotional initiatives. Building and nurturing customer relationships to drive sales growth and contribute to achieving team sales objectives will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer service skills and the capacity to forge lasting relationships with clients are essential. An understanding of product features and benefits, as well as experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, will be advantageous. Proficiency in basic inventory management and sales transactions is desirable. A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with the ability to work independently, will be critical to your success. Additionally, familiarity with relevant software and digital tools is preferred. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered a plus, it is not mandatory.
