Salesperson

The Salesperson position is a full-time on-site role located in Jalna. As a Salesperson, your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, conducting sales calls, demonstrating products, and finalizing sales transactions. In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and generate detailed sales reports. Your success in this role will be heavily reliant on your ability to provide excellent customer service, exhibit strong negotiation skills, and effectively address any objections that may arise. To excel in this position, you should possess a range of qualifications and skills, including strong sales capabilities such as prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and maintaining client records will be beneficial. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and producing accurate sales reports. You should also be adept at problem-solving and skilled in handling objections effectively. Previous experience in conducting product demonstrations and delivering sales presentations is advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
