Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in New Delhi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to new prospects, maintaining and building relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored financial advice based on individual needs. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, educate clients about available financial plans, and close sales.

• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Financial Products and Personal Finance Concepts
• Ability to Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
• Highly Motivated and Goal-Oriented
• Relevant experience and proven track record in sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the personal finance industry is a plus
