As a Sanitaryware Sales Specialist, your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets by effectively identifying new leads, pitching products, maintaining client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends. You will be responsible for developing leads through research, cold calling, and networking. Additionally, you will pitch and sell products to potential clients, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met and exceeded. Building and nurturing client relationships will also be a key aspect of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is required, and a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. Fluency in the local language of the specified locations - Kolkata (WB), Patna (Bihar), Bhopal (MP), and Jaipur (Rajasthan) is a must.
