Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Salesperson based in Kolkata. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective students and parents, explaining the institution’s programs, and providing guidance on the courses best suited to their needs. They will build relationships to foster trust, maintain communication with potential leads, and work collaboratively with the marketing and admissions teams to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Sales and Relationship Building: Strong skills in customer engagement, active listening, and relationship management.
• Communication and Persuasion: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to confidently explain educational offerings and address queries.
• Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing leads, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining a structured approach to sales processes.
• Knowledge of Education Sector: Familiarity with competitive exams such as NEET, IIT-JEE, CLAT as well as K-12 academic curricula is an advantage.
• Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales and enrollment targets.
• Proficiency in Local Context: Fluency in relevant languages and understanding of local cultural and educational needs in Kolkata.
• Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred.
