Role Description

This post is for Salespersons at Aditi Gems n Jewelery. The role is located in Gurugram. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing relevant information about products. Additional tasks include maintaining and updating product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and keeping the sales floor organized and presentable. They will also assist with marketing efforts and participate in training sessions to enhance their sales skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Sales and marketing skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Basic knowledge of Gems and Jewelry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of computers is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or current enrollment in such a program)
