Sales/Marketing Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media. You will visit potential clients to introduce our services and engage in face-to-face or online interactions. Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, and providing demonstrations will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, create reviews and reports with sales and financial data, and maintain a positive rapport with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, negotiating/closing deals, handling complaints or objections, and collaborating with team members are also important responsibilities. Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing it with internal teams will be essential for achieving better results. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or a similar role. - Good knowledge of MS Office. - Ability to meet sales targets and goals. - Strong technical and commercial knowledge. Qualification: - Bachelor's degree from IT/Computer, BBA, MBA (Marketing) is more preferable. - MBA (Marketing) will be more preferable. - Prior experience in the IT industry will be given preference.
