Sales/Marketing Executive (Female Only)

We work with a wide range of clients to deliver creative branding solutions, digital strategies, and responsive web experiences. To support our growth, we are hiring a female Sales/Marketing Executive who has good knowledge of sales processes and Google My Business (GMB).

Job description

• Handle inbound and outbound sales queries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Promote and explain company services (branding, digital marketing, website development) to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage and optimize the company’s Google My Business (GMB) profile – posts, reviews, updates.
• Assist in planning and executing basic marketing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding and service execution.
• Maintain client interaction records and prepare weekly reports.

Required Skills:

1. ) Sales & Client Handling:

• Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
• Excellent follow-up and persuasion abilities
• Target-oriented mindset and professional communication

2. ) Digital & Technical:

• Working knowledge of Google My Business (GMB) – managing posts, reviews, business updates
• Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding
• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CRM knowledge is a plus

3.) Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telesales, or GMB management (mandatory)
• Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business-related preferred)
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools/platforms is acceptable
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Must be comfortable with an office-based role (no fieldwork)
