We are expanding and looking for dynamic individuals to join our Sales & Marketing Team to help us bring our solutions to more businesses.

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive | Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet potential customers to present our software services and products
• Understand client needs and suggest the right solution
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations professionally
• Generate leads via field visits, calls, emails, and business networks
• Negotiate with clients, prepare proposals and close deals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Coordinate with the tech team for custom requirements
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Maintain records in CRM tools or Excel

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Software or IT Sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Tamil
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings
• Professional appearance and confidence
• Understanding of software solutions
