Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts through lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up communication. Strong fluency in English and a proactive approach to client engagement are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
• Follow up on leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and events
• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and activities
• coordinate with reporting manager for work and leads update .
• Draft and send marketing emails, proposals, and introductory messages
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports
• Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing and sales initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/tele-calling/marketing coordination preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confidence in speaking to business clients and senior stakeholders
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
