Sales/Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients.

• Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM software).

• Track and report sales performance metrics weekly/monthly.

• Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices in collaboration with relevant teams.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.).

• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Prepare and distribute marketing materials (brochures, email newsletters, etc.).

• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.

• Help manage the company's website and social media accounts.

Administrative Tasks:

• Coordinate internal communications between sales and marketing teams.

• Maintain inventory of promotional materials and ensure timely restocking.

• Handle logistics for team meetings, client visits, and conferences.

• Provide general administrative support to sales and marketing managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales/marketing support role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
