Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic MBO Sales Executive (Field Sales) to drive secondary sales across Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The role involves regular market visits, product presentations, order generation, relationship management, and disciplined reporting to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Market Execution

  • Visit 15–20 Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs) daily as per assigned beat plan
  • Present product samples and explain features, pricing, and ongoing schemes
  • Generate daily orders with an average target of 100 pieces per day
  • Ensure proper product placement, display, and in-store visibility
  • Follow up on pending orders and coordinate for payment collection when required

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and new product launches
  • Identify high-potential MBOs and expansion opportunities
  • Share daily and weekly market feedback with the reporting manager

Reporting & Compliance

  • Update daily visit and sales reports using CRM / Google Forms with GPS check-in
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and sales
  • Adhere strictly to company pricing, discount, and credit policies

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO owners and staff
  • Handle basic customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Daily sales volume (100 pcs/day target)
  • MBO coverage and beat discipline
  • Order conversion ratio
  • Sales value achievement
  • Accuracy of reporting and GPS compliance

Skills & Requirements

  • 1–4 years of field sales experience (MBO / FMCG / Apparel preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and perform door-to-door market visits
  • Comfortable using smartphones, CRM tools, and Google Forms
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Education Qualification

  • Minimum: 12th Pass
  • Graduate preferred
