About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Vlocity CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions leveraging the Salesforce Communications Cloud with a primary focus on the Vlocity (now Salesforce Industries) CPQ module. You will be responsible for building and configuring Vlocity applications, developing custom integrations, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business : Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a strong emphasis on the Vlocity Communications Cloud and Vlocity CPQ/Order Management modules. Configure and customize Vlocity applications, including but not limited to, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, Cards, and Vlocity LWC. Develop custom Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with other systems. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce and Vlocity ecosystem. Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop and maintain technical documentation for custom development, integrations, and data migration elements. Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce and Vlocity issues, providing timely resolution. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Vlocity features and functionalities, recommending their adoption where beneficial. Work effectively in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Required Skills And Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong focus on the Salesforce Communications Cloud. Proven working experience on the Vlocity CPQ module is essential. Solid experience in developing with Salesforce Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. In-depth understanding and practical experience with Vlocity CPQ/Order Management modules, including product catalog setup, pricing, promotions, and order lifecycle management. Ability to build and configure Vlocity applications to meet diverse business requirements. Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, and documenting custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
