Job Summary As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, conducting test activities, and identifying and resolving defects. Your expertise in test planning, test execution, and test automation will contribute to the delivery of high-quality software solutions and the improvement of overall testing processes. Roles & Responsibilities Good experience in Salesforce testing (CRM) Good understanding of Agile methodologies with experience of working in an Agile team 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Testing Role Expertise in Functional testing , Integration testing and SQL Should Collaborate to refine the scope of testing required, deliver relevant testing artefacts Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to management level colleagues Competencies Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a team of testers. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple testing activities simultaneously.
