Test Engineer

Kochi, Kerala or Permanent Remote (Anywhere in India)

Full time

Position: Salesforce QA Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
Validate UI and backend functionalities across different user roles and permission sets.
Design and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
Validate integration points between Salesforce and external/internal systems.
Log detailed defects and coordinate with developers and business teams for resolution.
Participate in agile ceremonies and support sprint deliverables.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
Familiarity with Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
Experience with Test Case Management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
