Job Description

Payroll, HCM, Workforce Management, and Compliance-driven enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

Architect and govern
enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
across multiple clouds and orgs.
Design scalable solutions for
Payroll workflows, Employee Lifecycle, HR operations, and Compliance processes
.
Lead
integration architecture
with payroll systems, HRIS/HCM platforms, time & attendance tools, and middleware.
Own
Salesforce security, Shield, encryption, data governance, and compliance controls
.
Oversee Apex design, scalable trigger frameworks, LWC architecture, and governor limit optimization.
Define and manage
CI/CD and DevOps strategies
(GitLab, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
Lead the
Architectural Review Board
and ensure solution quality & technical standards.
Mentor senior engineers and act as the final escalation point for platform issues.

Required Skills

Strong experience in
Payroll/HCM/Workforce Management
domain.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration Patterns, Events, APIs.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing, Shield, and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience designing
large-scale, high-volume enterprise Salesforce
architectures.
Strong grasp of DevOps, CI/CD, automated deployments, and environment management.
Preferred certifications:
Application Architect, System Architect, PDII, Integration Architect
