Job Description

As a Technical Architect at Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in the evolving ecosystem of clients and partners, particularly focusing on the Telco and/or Media Industries using Salesforce Communication and/or Media Cloud. Your responsibilities will include working closely with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, clients, and development staff to architect technology solutions that meet client needs and ensure software products are leveraged correctly. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize the value of Salesforce Industry products and services, lead and mentor development teams, and be responsible for low-level design, development, and support of Salesforce-related projects. In this role, you will be hands-on in application configuration and customization, developing POCs, and designing detailed Salesforce-related projects from inception through production support. You will advocate and implement best practice development methodology, maintain awareness of Salesforce Industries products, and continuously learn and maintain certifications across enabling platforms. With over 10 years of experience, you are expected to possess significant knowledge in developing technology solutions, collaborating effectively within development teams, and have extensive experience in the Communication and/or Media Sector. Your technical skills should include hands-on experience in Salesforce Communication Cloud and/or Media Cloud modules, Salesforce/Apex, Apex Design Patterns, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, data modeling, and application design and development. Desired certifications and qualifications for this role include Salesforce Industries Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Industries Media Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Certifications (Admin, PD1, and PD2), Integration Architecture, Identity and Access Management, Data Architecture and Management, Platform Security, and a solid understanding of Communication and/or Media industry regulations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
