We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vlocity Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer for a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) position. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Vlocity Industry Clouds and the entire OmniStudio suite, coupled with robust Salesforce configuration and customization expertise. Understand functional requirements thoroughly and develop robust technical designs using standard patterns, effectively communicating these to the team. Possess strong technical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges independently. Design, build, and configure applications to meet diverse business process and application requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in understanding the underlying Vlocity data model across various industries and build solutions with a Vlocity First approach. Analyze User Story requirements and independently develop solutions from inception to completion. Communicate and collaborate effectively within a team environment, actively mentoring resources who may not have prior experience with Vlocity products. Independently triage defects and provide support for deployments and releases. Contribute to practice-level initiatives, including building go-to-market solutions, assets, and accelerators. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience on one of the Vlocity Industry Clouds (Health, Insurance, Communications, or Public Sector experience is highly preferred). Platform-level understanding and hands-on experience with OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, Calculation Procedures, Calculation Matrices, and Angular Templates.
