Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Success professional at Salesforce, you will collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations effectively. You will translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on the Salesforce platform. Leading technical design sessions, architecting solutions, and providing oversight of projects will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions on Salesforce platform - Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions aligned with client objectives - Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects - Follow coding standards, lead code reviews, and manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration - Maintain target billable utilization and deep dive to debug issues - Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and Proof-Of-Concept development Qualifications Required: - Degree or equivalent proven experience - Minimum 6 years of experience on Salesforce platform - In-depth understanding of Salesforce product suite, B2B commerce, sales processes, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices - Knowledge of data integration tools and experience with Salesforce integrations - Familiarity with platform authentication patterns, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies - Strong understanding of systems architecture, design patterns, data sharing considerations, and platform security capabilities - Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire (Note: Omitting any additional details of the company from the job description),
