Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with expertise in Salesforce technology.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions for sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and interfaces to integrate with external systems.
Develop and maintain Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and other custom applications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.
Analyze business problems and develop technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Force com objects, fields, relationships, and data types.
Experience with developing Apex classes, triggers, and interfaces using Java or other programming languages.
Proficiency in developing Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and other custom applications using Aura framework.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business problems and develop technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
