We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Team Lead with a strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with a passion for leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions, guiding a team of developers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business requirements.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring they deliver quality solutions in a timely manner.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to address business needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed for design, coding, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, mentoring junior developers and ensuring continuous learning and growth.
- Ensure the team adheres to Salesforce development standards and provides high-quality, maintainable code.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of integration strategies between Salesforce and third-party systems.
- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, provide progress updates, and manage priorities to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Business, etc.) to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product innovations, best practices, and emerging technologies, bringing new ideas to the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience with Salesforce development, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform features, including configuration, customization, and automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder).
- Proven experience in building and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWC) and leveraging them to enhance user experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce data model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, including web services (REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models, including profiles, permission sets, and roles.
- Demonstrated experience with agile development practices and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience in Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes (CI/CD, Source Control).
- Knowledge of other front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
