Salesforce Solution Engineer

As a Salesforce Architect at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), your role will involve the following responsibilities and key accountabilities: - Designing end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies. - Creating CPQ related designs on the Salesforce platform. - Completing solution architecture documents and artefacts following organization standards. - Participating in architecture review boards to present solution designs. - Collaborating closely with business partners to define solutions. - Ensuring that solutions align with the project vision by working with business partners and the project team. - Gathering and analyzing data to support assessments and recommendations. - Supporting the transition of new projects into delivery teams and providing ongoing governance. - Providing guidance on the strategic direction of technology to contribute to enterprise architecture development. - Identifying Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that meet requirements. - Engaging in hands-on Salesforce solution development, including declarative configuration and programmatic development. - Communicating complex technical matters to non-technical audiences effectively. - Demonstrating a broad understanding of Salesforce products such as Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Revenue. - Designing solutions related to other CRM technologies. Qualifications & Experience: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture. - Extensive background in Salesforce CPQ. - Deep understanding of the entire quote-to-cash journey in Salesforce. - Ability to translate client requirements into Salesforce CPQ designs, utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities when applicable. - Good knowledge of Salesforce Eco-System and other CRM Technology. - Exposure to multiple clouds. - Expertise in leading and implementing technical solutions. - Excellent documentation and communication skills.
