Salesforce Solution Engineer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing mentorship and support to Customers on Salesforce. Your role will involve understanding customer problems, advising on best practices, and optimizing application usage. You should be well-versed in Sales and Service Clouds, with experience in working in a support environment. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and lead customers on Salesforce, providing advice and drafting possible solutions. - Review customers" org periodically and assist in optimizing application usage. - Transform solutions into code/configurations by writing automations, test classes, and extensions using APEX. - Define flows, convert workflows/process builders to flows, maintain users, create custom objects, and build/improve reports/dashboards. - Estimate effort, plan releases, develop, and deploy recommendations. - Suggest improvements to customers based on patch releases or usage data for better outcomes. - Track progress of assigned issues/enhancements and keep stakeholders informed. Qualifications Required: - Experience in mentoring/leading customers on Salesforce. - Proficiency in Sales and Service Clouds, with knowledge of CPQ/FSL or other clouds as a value addition. - Ability to write automations, test classes, and extensions using APEX. - Strong understanding of flows, workflows, process builders, user maintenance, email templates, and reports/dashboards. - Familiarity with unit testing and migration processes.,
