Salesforce Solution Engineer

As a Salesforce Consultant at our company, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer problems and offering valuable advice to enhance their Salesforce experience. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Mentor and lead customers, supporting them on Salesforce issues - Analyze customer problems and provide advisory services - Advise customers on best practices for optimal application usage - Review customer organizations regularly to optimize Salesforce usage - Be proficient in Sales and Service Clouds, with knowledge of CPQ and FSL being a plus - Work effectively in a support environment In the Config & Development aspect of the role, you will be expected to: - Translate solutions into code or configuration - Write automations, test classes, and extensions using APEX - Define flows, convert workflows/process builders to flows, and maintain user settings - Customize objects and develop reports/dashboards - Conduct unit testing and manage migrations On a typical day, your tasks will include: - Reviewing assigned issues and enhancements - Identifying problems and suggesting recommendations - Estimating effort and planning releases - Developing and deploying recommendations - Proposing improvements based on patch releases or customer usage - Tracking issue progress and keeping stakeholders informed Join us in this dynamic role where you can make a real impact on our customers and contribute to their success.,
