Salesforce Solution Architect

Adita Technologies is seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to be a part of a dynamic project located in Australia & USA. Adita, a member of the Ayan Group, an Australian conglomerate with headquarters in Sydney, Australia, offers multiple job opportunities in Noida/Chennai for Salesforce Solution Architects with expertise in Lightning, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for software design and development services with a focus on managing the enterprise. With a minimum of 7 years of core Salesforce experience and at least 3 years as a solution architect, you will showcase your strong proficiency in the Salesforce CRM platform, encompassing both Functional and Technical aspects. Your role will require a deep understanding of web frameworks, databases, application design, and system architecture, along with expertise in enterprise integration frameworks, design, and development. The ideal candidate should possess robust conceptual and architectural knowledge in cross-domain technologies such as ecommerce websites (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics), and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero). You will be expected to craft comprehensive design specifications, including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories, while identifying and addressing customer challenges and objectives to deliver valuable business solutions. Moreover, your role will involve communicating product knowledge and industry expertise to customers, as well as recommending appropriate products and solutions based on customer needs. Effective oral and written communication skills, customer interaction abilities, and a collaborative team-working approach are essential for success in this position. The Salesforce Solution Architect should have experience in designing cross-cloud solutions and possess knowledge of at least 3 or more Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics and Discovery/Analytics Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, and Non-Profit Cloud. Exposure to working across various industries such as Healthcare, Real Estate, Technology, Banking & Financial Services, Non-Profit Organizations, Education, Retail, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Travel & Hospitality, and Automotive is highly desirable.
