Job Description

  • Migration Expertise:

    Proven track record of successfully migrating data and functionality to and within the Salesforce platform.
  • Implementation Leadership:

    Hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Define and implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, improving deployment and release processes.
  • Architectural Acumen:

    Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data models, system integrations, and best practices for scalability and performance.
  • Configuration & Customization:

    Extensive experience with declarative development (workflows, process builder, validation rules) and programmatic customization (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).

    ntegration Prowess:

    Ensure seamless integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms. Solid experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Data Management:

    Strong skills in data modeling, data quality, and data migration strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Security Best Practices:

    Thorough understanding of Salesforce security models and implementation of security best practices.
  • Sales Cloud Focus:

    Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud modules and features. Experience with Service Cloud or other Salesforce clouds is a plus.
  • Stakeholder Management

    : Partner with Data, Marketing, and Product Engineering teams to manage data imports, build features for sales deal flows, and establish data standards and guidelines. Work directly with business stakeholders, translating needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and share knowledge, up-leveling the team regardless of their Salesforce familiarity. You'll wear many hats, helping others grow through direct guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

    Including opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customizations aligned with B2B sales processes.
  • Experience Cloud and Communities

    Emphasis on designing and configuring portals, managing user access and sharing rules, and leveraging Experience Builder to deliver tailored digital experiences.
  • Integrations

    Assessment of the candidate's experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems like ERP's using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (like Boomi or similar), and event-driven architecture
