As a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in a new division focused on delivering digital services across the SFDC platform. Your role will be essential in ensuring the success of digital technology projects for clients, supporting team leadership, and delivering projects as promised. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master, 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management, and a minimum of 3 years in the full software development life cycle. Holding two current certifications from a list that includes PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, PSM, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Release Train Engineer, or SAFe Agilist is required. You should also demonstrate a successful track record in managing complex projects, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with GenAI or AgentForce, GUS, JIRA, and Confluence is preferred, as well as experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment. Ideal candidates should be focused, capable of coaching team members in agile practices, and committed to continuous improvement through data-driven insights and retrospectives.
