Provide solutions and ideas on how the Salesforce modules that are listed above can be leveraged and can be used for the business need.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Data to gather and document requirements for new and existing Salesforce solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications and system diagrams.Develop a deep understanding of the business processes to help identify areas where Salesforce solutions can add value.
