Salesforce Release Management Senior Associate- Operate

As an Associate at PwC in the business application consulting division, you will specialize in providing consulting services for various business applications to help clients optimize their operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Specifically focusing on Salesforce system integration, you will be tasked with connecting Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable smooth data flow and process automation. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using various technologies such as Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using technologies like Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, and web services. - Connect Salesforce with other systems, applications, or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. - Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. - Collaborate with a wide array of teams to help clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems. - Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with certification in Copado and/or Salesforce. - Strong understanding and knowledge of Copado, along with experience in Salesforce sales cloud/Service cloud. - Experience with other DevOps tools like Github, Flosum, etc. In this role, you are expected to exhibit a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and actively listen to others.
