Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and deployment to ensure smooth project execution. Act as the single point of contact for all technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and task ownership. Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and provide regular updates to all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate the setup and maintenance of development, testing, and production environments. Ensure all environments are properly configured and prepared for each phase of application deployment. Manage all pre-launch activities, including compliance checks, regulatory requirements, and UAT coordination. Support post-launch monitoring and help resolve any issues that arise in the live environment. Identify project risks early and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies. Evaluate and improve development and deployment workflows to boost team efficiency and collaboration. Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure the team follows Agile principles and that backlog grooming and delivery schedules are maintained. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment, preferably in software development or app deployment. Experience with end-to-end project management for app development, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and managing projects using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Strong understanding of software development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, testing, and deployment processes. Experience with software environments such as staging, UAT, and production. Basic understanding of web and mobile app technologies (e.g., Java, React, Swift, Android, etc.) is a plus.

Objectives : - Build rapport with Sales team and Product Engineering team - Understand demonstration environment implementation to understand what functionality prospects may be asking - Attend onsite prospect demonstrations and POC exercises to understand prospect needs Responsibilities: - Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around implementation, our Support models, technical configuration, security and/or data integration - Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle - Demonstrate implementing our software platform including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within a client demonstration environment - Demonstrate creating our software platform custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within a demonstration environment - Demonstrate creating Workflow and Approval Processes within the demonstration environment - Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific - Lead training webinars for internal staff to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration and behaviour - Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment - Collaborate with other members of pre-sales to understand the prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations - Obtain and maintain our software platform certifications Qualifications : Required : - 4 years full-time presales consulting experience required - Familiar with Asia Pac banking regulations and governance - Ability to travel 30-40% of the time - Very strong hands-on administration and/or implementation skills - Proficient in demonstrating administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events - Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation according to application requirements

Key Responsibilities of a DevOps Professional for CI/CD Configuration 1. Pipeline Design & Setup : Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. 2. Infrastructure Automation : Use IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) to provision and manage infrastructure. 3. Code Quality & Testing : Integrate automated builds, testing, and static code analysis into the pipeline. 4. Environment Configuration : Manage dev/staging/production environments and secure secrets. 5. Containerization : Use Docker and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for containerized deployments. 6.
