Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and technical deliverables.
Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, QA engineers, and business analysts.
Oversee Salesforce integrations with ERP, data platforms, and third-party applications.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issue logs.
Conduct regular project reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and release management processes.
Manage change requests, test cycles, and post-deployment support.
Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to Salesforce delivery frameworks.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience delivering full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration, and API management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
