Job Description

6sense is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with desired integration experience to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about optimizing Salesforce functionality while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform.
All aspects of user management, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, Salesforce flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
mplement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and integration flows.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices to recommend improvements

Skills Experience

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Proven experience with Salesforce integrations and manage packages.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, User Management Expertise, and Lightning App Builder.
Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Admin) are a plus.
