Role Overview: You are required to join the dynamic team as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing innovative marketing solutions to drive customer engagement. You will be the key liaison between marketing and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical architectures for effective marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design data models, data flows, and integrations with other systems, ensuring data integrity and security. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and marketing specialists, establishing best practices. - Architect and build personalized multi-channel customer journeys for enhanced customer experiences. - Establish governance standards for the Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance and identifying process improvement opportunities. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving platform issues. Qualification Required: - 5-8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a solution architect or equivalent role. - Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and server-side JavaScript for creating personalized marketing assets. - Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading project teams. - Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, experience with other Salesforce platforms, and familiarity with marketing analytics tools. - Certifications like Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect are highly desirable.,
