Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Architect

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing SFMC architecture and leading large-scale migration projects to Zeta or other ESPs. Your expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, ETL, and email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) will be crucial for the success of the projects. Additionally, your solid experience in IP warming, domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and documentation skills will play a key role in ensuring project success. To excel in this role, you must hold SFMC Architect/Consultant Certification, Zeta Certification, and possess knowledge of CDP & CRM integration. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally and your strong communication skills will be essential in working effectively with the team. As an SFMC Developer with 4+ years of experience, you will focus on SFMC development tasks such as AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, APIs, template development, and involvement in migration projects, especially ESP transitions. Your familiarity with Zeta platform and understanding of IP warming, authentication protocols, compliance, and ETL/data sync will be beneficial for the role. Having SFMC Developer/Consultant Certifications, Zeta Certification, and knowledge of CDP, CRM, or multi-channel marketing will be considered a plus for this position. This role requires immediate availability or joining within 15 days at most, as it involves working remotely on a Zeta + SFMC migration project starting on August 1st. The project will focus on cost optimization, IP warming, and deliverability to ensure successful outcomes.
