Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance to drive effective marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.

Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.

Implement best practices for data management and segmentation to deliver targeted and personalized marketing communications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop campaign workflows, and execute campaign launches.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+years of experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a similar capacity.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) preferred.

Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for campaign optimization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
