Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce development experience to design, develop, and implement scalable loyalty solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, and integrations.

• Design and implement loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
• Customize Salesforce features, workflows, and loyalty-specific objects.
• Develop custom components and applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Loyalty Cloud with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and enhancements for ongoing projects.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with proven work on Loyalty Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model and loyalty-specific modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Salesforce certifications: Loyalty Management Specialist, Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and customer engagement solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and DevOps tools.
