• Lead and manage the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Oversee a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success and continuous skill development.
• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions (including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations) to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security configurations, data management, and reporting.
• Implement automation (Workflows, Process Builder, Flow) and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, customization, and data management across the organization.
  

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  
  
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role

• Must Have:

  LWC, Triggers, Integration, Visualforce, and Lead must have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization, along Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, and integrations is essential
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, security, and data management.
• Experience in designing and implementing business workflows, automation, and processes in Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
