We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to join our team. KEY RESPOSIBILITIES We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead is responsible for leading the Salesforce implementation, administration, and enhancement for the organization . The Salesforce Lead will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure that Salesforce is utilized to its full potential to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, ensuring successful project delivery. Oversee a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success and continuous skill development. Design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions (including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations) to meet business requirements. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security configurations, data management, and reporting. Implement automation (Workflows, Process Builder, Flow) and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, customization, and data management across the organization. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role Must Have: LWC, Triggers, Integration, Visualforce, and Lead must have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization, along Sales/Service Cloud, Apex, and integrations is essential Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP). Expertise in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, security, and data management. Experience in designing and implementing business workflows, automation, and processes in Salesforce. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Certified PD1, PD2
