                                Role Overview: You will be joining GetOnCRM Solutions as a Lead Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Developer, a pivotal role that requires not only hands-on development skills but also the ability to architect robust solutions, lead technical discussions, and guide project execution for a diverse client portfolio. This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and take on significant technical ownership in a leading consulting firm.  Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and architectural strategy for complex Salesforce CPQ and Billing/Revenue Cloud implementations, ensuring scalability, high performance, and alignment with client business objectives. - Act as a technical authority for CPQ and Revenue Cloud, providing expert guidance on best practices, governance, and design patterns. - Translate advanced business requirements into detailed technical specifications and architectural blueprints. - Develop sophisticated Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and advanced declarative tools. - Master configuration of Salesforce CPQ, including complex product bundles, dynamic pricing strategies, advanced approvals, quote templates, and discount matrices. - Design and execute comprehensive data migration strategies for CPQ and Revenue Cloud components. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to project teams, elevating the overall technical capability and knowledge base. - Champion code quality, test-driven development, and secure coding practices across projects. - Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex technical concepts and solutions. - Collaborate strategically with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to drive successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.  Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Billing/Revenue Cloud implementations within a consulting environment. - Proven expertise with Salesforce CPQ configuration, including deep understanding and practical application of product rules, pricing rules, configuration attributes, bundles, discount schedules, quote line editors, and advanced approvals. - Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow. - Extensive experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events) and integration best practices. - Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing). - Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II. - Highly Desired Certifications: Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist, Application Architect, or System Architect credentials. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven ability to lead technical workstreams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic consulting setting.,
